Terraine Wiggins, Jr., a senior at Golden Valley High, finished fourth in the boys discus throw final with a fifth-round mark of 198-11 (60.62m) at the CIF State Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Wiggins was edged for third place by Kai Deines of Redondo Union based on a better second attempt by a 193-11 (59.10m) to 191-11 (58.49m) margin.
